Hunan Yueyang's 'second line of defense' Qiantuanjiandike has encountered a pipe surge danger, and is currently being urgently handled.
On July 8th, Jin10 Data learned that a pipe burst occurred on the second line of defense, Qiantuanji dike, near Wufenchang Town, Liangxinpu Town, Junsan District, Yueyang City, where emergency forces such as the Hunan Provincial Corps of Armed Police are currently responding. Qiantuanji dike is a 14.35 km dike between Tuanzhouyuan and Qiannanyuan, which is the 'second line of defense' to ensure the safety of Qianlianghu Dayuan. Its main function is to prevent flood from inundating the next dike by blocking it through the dike when the first line of defense breaks or flood spills over.
