In 2017, I knelt and paid homage to learn the art of Qimen Dunjia. I was very dedicated to the basic knowledge when I was over 70 years old, but I was lacking in practical experience.
What my master is best at is teaching me how to conduct myself and interact with others. When speaking, one must not only consider the immediate situation but also be very cautious about what to say and what not to say.
My master told me that when I work and live, I should not say in front of others that I study this, as it can easily raise others' guard, or that colleagues and acquaintances might ask me to predict for free or at a discount, causing trouble for myself.
Actually, metaphysics and divination know everything, and many private matters can be seen, but I never predict proactively. I only focus my energy on divining market trends; I do not pry into anyone's privacy.
Since I made money in the crypto world, I hardly market in my friend circle anymore. When clients come to me for divination, I verify the results after divination. As long as it involves client privacy, I won't post on social media to promote myself.
This isn't about how noble I am; when I wasn't making money in the crypto world, I would promote things just to survive, but I would mask the clients' private information.
Later, after the pressure of survival was resolved, metaphysics and divination became more of a hobby for me, and it still is today. Many users seek me out for private divination, but I hardly share these anymore, quietly serving my old users. I believe many metaphysical masters need to earn a living from divination more than I do. The crypto world has already given the golden rabbit a bowl of rice, so I won’t compete with them anymore.
In our industry, it's a field where no one looks up to anyone else. Most practitioners carry a sense of superiority, being somewhat aloof, with a spirit of not bowing down for mere five pecks of rice, and a scholar's pride. This is bound to involve a period of hardship.
