After six years of struggling in the virtual money market, I have accumulated a lot of valuable experience from my initial frenzy to my current calm. There is no so-called "holy grail" in this market; everything is a game of probability. When I first entered the industry, I was also obsessed with finding miraculous strategies that could make one rich overnight, but reality quickly taught me that discipline and risk management are the keys to long-term survival.

The cyclical nature of the market has also given me profound insights. Every bull market gives rise to a group of so-called "genius traders," but the real test comes when a bear market arrives. Traders who can remain stable and control losses during market downturns are the ones with true strength. This has made me realize that while it is important to seize market opportunities, what is more crucial is how to survive in adversity.

Emotion management is another huge challenge. Fear of missing out (FOMO) and panic selling have caused me a lot of suffering. Later, I started keeping a trading journal, forcing myself to stick to my plan, which greatly improved my trading performance. I also realized that in an era of information overload, focusing on a few key indicators is more effective than blindly chasing all the "insider" information.

The unpredictability of the market is also an eternal theme. From the collapse of Luna to the failure of FTX, too many "impossible events" eventually occurred. This has taught me to always remain vigilant and leave room to cope with the worst-case scenario.

After years of exploration, I gradually turned to a long-term investment strategy. While short-term trading can bring dazzling high returns, it is often difficult to sustain. In contrast, early identification and long-term holding of quality assets is the real winning approach.

In the end, I realized that formulating a clear exit strategy is crucial. Before each trade, I clearly define my take profit and stop loss points. This not only helps me manage risk but also allows me to stay calm during market fluctuations.

My six years of trading experience have made me deeply realize that the virtual money market is filled with opportunities, but also hides great risks. The key to success lies not in chasing short-term profits, but in continuous learning, maintaining rationality, and always adhering to discipline. Only in this way can one find a foothold in this ever-changing market and achieve long-term stable growth.

Data sees through everything, just like the truth of art; long-term on-chain is the way to go. Six years of market data has undeniably verified this point.
