According to PANews news on June 6, according to TechCrunch, Sequoia Capital is rebranding its international investment department and will be divided into three companies. Sequoia China will be renamed HongShan, and Sequoia India and Southeast Asia will be renamed Peak XV Partners. Sequoia's U.S. and European companies will maintain their affiliation with the original Sequoia Capital. The reshaping is aimed at better managing its fragmented global investment business in response to escalating complexity.
