An internal Meta survey conducted between April 26 and May 10 found that only 26 percent of employees had confidence in Zuckerberg and the company's leadership, the Wall Street Post reported. The figure was down 5 percentage points from October last year, reflecting low morale among Meta staff. In the past few months, Meta has undergone multiple rounds of layoffs, spending cuts and strategic changes, which Zuckerberg called the "Year of Efficiency" plan.

Only 43 percent of employees who participated in the internal survey said they felt valued, compared with 58 percent in October, according to the report. Since November last year, Meta has announced 11,000 job cuts, about 13 percent of its workforce, a hiring freeze and spending cuts. In March, another 10,000 employees were affected by a second round of layoffs. #新闻frontier# #Content Star#
