According to a report by "Kechuangban Daily" on June 16, according to an IDC research report, in the first quarter of 2023, the global notebook computer assembly industry is facing severe economic challenges, resulting in sluggish market demand, and shipments will only reach 3,400. million units, a month-on-month decrease of 14.6%, and a simultaneous decrease of 36.4%. From the second quarter of 2023, the global notebook computer OEM industry shipments will gradually increase from the bottom of the first quarter due to the reduction of the inventory level of brand manufacturers. Looking forward to 2024, the wave of laptop replacements during the epidemic is expected to start after the second quarter of 2024. Coupled with the upsurge of AI laptops, IDC expects that the global notebook computer OEM industry shipments will increase. Hope to show double-digit annual growth rate again.
