How to judge whether the volatile market is at the top?

For special boring or violent quotes,
First of all, we must consider how the main funds will react to this.
Seeing a sharp rise,
If the main funds are bullish,
they won't ship,
But it will make the market enter a boring market,
Let the public who followed suit feel disappointed and helpless,
And sell chips.
When retail investors sell,
