Odaily Planet Daily News According to publicly disclosed information, Pita Limjaroenrat, leader of Thailand's Progressive Party and prime minister contender, holds cryptocurrencies. However, he does not hold a large number of cryptocurrencies, but has more traditional financial assets. Specifically, he has accumulated thousands of dollars worth of cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, BNB and ADA, which is only a fraction of his total net worth of 64,283,544 baht ($1.84 million), with Limjaroenrat owning more land and stocks.

It is reported that in Thailand's recent elections, the Kadima Party was not the "cryptocurrency party", but promised to integrate blockchain into government affairs to improve transparency. The Pheu Thai Party, another party forming a ruling coalition, has promised to airdrop 10,000 baht (about $300) to every Thai citizen. (CoinDesk)
