Odaily Planet Daily News In response to the accusation of Gemini co-creator Cameron Winklevoss, DCG tweeted in response, saying that this is another publicity stunt by Cameron Winklevoss to transfer the responsibility of himself and Gemini, which operates the Gemini Earn project. Any suggestion of wrongdoing by DCG or any of its employees is baseless, defamatory and entirely false.

From day one, DCG has been committed to reaching an amicable resolution for all parties involved in the Genesis bankruptcy, DCG said. For many months, DCG's senior leadership actively negotiated around the clock with representatives of the Official Unsecured Creditors Committee and the Ad Hoc Committee to reach an agreement, while Gemini's leadership was nowhere to be seen or only issued press statements. To be clear, neither Cameron nor Tyer Winklevoss participated in any of the recent interviews. The mediation process is nearing completion, and we expect the Genesis bankruptcy case to reach a conclusion soon.
