Bitcoin asset management firm Monochrome has partnered with trustee Vasco to submit an application for the Monochrome Bitcoin ETF (IBTC) in compliance with Australian regulatory guidelines. The Monochrome Bitcoin ETF is authorized under the "Crypto Assets" licensing category, which allows the fund to hold Bitcoin directly. Monochrome partner Vasco has been licensed to operate an Australian crypto spot ETF last year.
