On July 26th, Optimism launched Law of Chains, which provides an open and neutral framework for participants in the OP Stack super chain ecosystem, aiming to promote the core principles of user protection, decentralization and economic autonomy. The current v0.1 version is open for community feedback. Optimism plans to officially introduce it into Optimism governance in the next quarter, as well as the initial governance process for the new chain to join the super chain ecology.
