Jinse Finance reported that on Wednesday morning local time, the U.S. Congress debated a new cryptocurrency bill. CFTC Chairman Rostin Behnam said that his agency needs $120 million in the next three years to fulfill additional obligations related to cryptocurrencies. But Democratic lawmakers pointed out that there is no guarantee that the Treasury Department will release the money. Committee Republicans countered that the Agriculture Committee would provide the CFTC with $120 million in funding.
