Odaily Planet Daily News The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) asked four local encryption companies Kuna, CoinPay, GEO Pay, and Qmall to provide financial statements for the first two quarters of 2023 and required them to be provided within seven days. The NBU also requested data on business volumes, as well as information on receipts and transfers of funds, according to documents issued by the NBU.

Chobanyan, CEO of Kuna, said that the reasons for the NBU's actions are not yet clear, but due to the "predatory actions" of the NBU, the Kuna exchange ceased business operations in March 2023. Follow-up will focus on the European B2B market. (Cointelegraph)
