PANews reported on September 12 that according to Korean media hankyung, the Korea Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission announced that it would investigate members of Congress’ cryptocurrency transactions and holdings starting on September 18 for a period of three months. To this end, a special investigation team for virtual assets of members of Congress was established and equipped with 30 professional investigators. The investigation targets members of the 21st South Korean National Assembly and will collect relevant information from May 30, 2020 to May 31 this year.
