According to reports on September 14, people familiar with the matter reported that the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) under the Korean Financial Services Commission recommended the dismissal of the CEO of Delio through a sanctions announcement, and Delio is preparing to file an administrative lawsuit in this regard. The FIU had previously suspended Delio for three months and fined it 1.896 billion won.
