Celsius network’s former CEO case will start from September 2024 One of the courts of New York has decided to start a criminal case against former CEO of Celsius, Alex Mashinsky on 17 September 2024. In USA district court for New York southern district hearing for the case of Alex Mashinsky on 3 October, in which judge John Koeltl has determined a criminal case for September 2024. Along with this there will be three pretrials on Alex Mashinsky in March, July and September. During legal proceedings Alex Mashinsky will be out on $40 Million bail. But travel and some finance transactions will be restricted to some extent for Mashinsky. Actually officers have put the allegation on Alex Mashinsky of misleading and fraud of Billions of dollar with users of Celsius network.
