Swan Bitcoin CEO Cory Klippsten said in an interview with Bloomberg that spot BTC ETFs function similarly to product IOUs, different from futures-based alternatives. Essentially, it represents the paper form of BTC, but requires the company to support the investor by buying the actual BTC. It's a great way to expose people to BTC and then hold more BTC if they want to explore the BTC more deeply.

In addition, Klippsten echoed the views of other crypto analysts, with Klippsten stating that the window appears to have narrowed to January 8, 9, or 10. Given all the signals we've gotten from the SEC and people in the know, this seems to make a lot of sense.
