John Reed Stark, former director of the SEC's Office of Internet Enforcement, said in an article on the X platform that he is not a proponent of BitcoinSpot ETFs, but believes that if all reports of meetings between the SEC and all ETF applicants are true, then, based on his 20 years of experience with the SEC, it seems possible that the SEC will approve an iteration of a certain SpotBitcoin ETF.
