South Korea's financial regulator said that domestic securities companies may violate the Capital Market Law by providing brokerage services for BitcoinSpot ETFs listed overseas. South Korea's Financial Commission said in a statement that South Korea will study BitcoinSpot ETF trading matters and that regulators are preparing rules for crypto assets.
