PANews reported on January 15 that Google Cloud has joined the Flare network as its validator Node and infrastructure provider, according to CoinDesk. Flare calls itself a "Blockchain of Data" and provides developers with decentralization access to data through its Oracle system. Oracle in the Blockchain domain refers to entities that connect networks to external systems, allowing the execution of smart contracts based on external inputs and outputs. Google Cloud is one of 100 organizations to hold the Flare Time Series Oracle (FTSO) role.
