The opinion raised questions about the identification of original works, the attribution of AI works, compensation to authors, and the exclusion of artists who refused to allow AI to use their content. In addition, members of parliament have suggested using France's diplomatic influence to draft an international AI treaty and facilitate financing for early-stage AI start-ups.
