This means that the Whale has completed the fourth round of buying low and selling high for ETH: selling 5,153 ETH for 24,000 USD and exchanging it for 12.36 million USDT, then buying back 5,263 ETH at a price of 23,500 USD, gaining an additional 110 ETH. In terms of the coin base, his ETH quantity has increased by 2,099: from 3,586 to the current 5,685.
