As the custodian of these funds rather than the owner, I am not willing to transfer these funds to colleagues of Argentine President Mila or the KIP team. Instead, after consulting with experts, Kelsier has proposed to use the controlled 100% funds (up to $100 million) to repurchase LIBRA Tokens and destroy them.
