I receive SMS notifications regarding my stop-loss and take-profit transactions being triggered. I didn't turn this feature on, at least not intentionally. How can I turn it off? Gate support hasn't responded to my email inquiry.

Something strange is happening. I can't join Gate's quizzes anymore. It's written that I need to have at least 1000$ at spot account while the rule is still 100$ (you can read the participation rules). I have added some funds to my spot account and it's now more than 1000$ but there isn't enough funds again. My last question to support 2 weeks ago wasn't answered at all.
